BASE Philosophy
The BASE Way
The fitness industry has turned into a snake pit of influencers pushing IV drips, TRT, red light therapy, and supplements they barely use—but conveniently “partner with.” These people aren’t trainers. They’re commission-based avatars playing doctor for likes.
At BASE, we don’t have salespeople. We have scientists. I have a Penn State degree in kinesiology. I tore my arm, and instead of quitting, I studied the physics of throwing—force vectors, angular velocity, internal rotation torque—and built a career on truth, not trends.
That injury didn’t just change my body. It rewrote my entire life. I met my college sweetheart during recovery. Today, we have two strong daughters, a thriving marriage, and a shared goal: our kids will be richer, wiser, and more self-aware than we ever were—*by 18.*

Andrew helped supervise my body as it grew into itself, strengthen my muscles as I stopped growing, and now helps maintain my muscles as I play Squash at UPenn. I started working with Andrew at a young age of 14 while I was still going through puberty and he created a specific workout that he knew would allow my body to still grow while building muscle.
